After seven straight years of leading the Berkshire Hathaway South Charlotte office in sales, Ashley and Scott decided to make the switch to the Premier Sotheby's brand in 2022. Their partnership with Premier Sotheby's International Realty's Charlotte office perfectly aligns with their mission to stand out as leaders in the market with a positive and profound effect on their clients.
Hailing from Long Island, New York, Scott's experience in professional sports and educational leadership helped reinforce his ability to lead, build, and connect with his clients. He played college football at Cortland State University in New York and earned his master's degree at Northern Arizona University. Following a successful career in education as a teacher, coach, district athletic director and school administrator, Scott transitioned into real estate in 2013. Licensed in both North and South Carolina, he is extremely knowledgeable about each market and prides himself on providing white-glove service and being an excellent negotiator who always goes above and beyond for every client.
A North Carolina native, Ashley Sofsian has a passion for helping people. She is proud to have been a part of Charlotte's growth into a sought-after residential destination. She received a bachelor's degree from Appalachian State University, a master's degree from Wingate University, and worked in the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools and Union County Schools as a teacher, assistant principal and principal. Living in the Charlotte area for over 20 years has afforded Ashley the unique position and opportunity of being a true 'local expert' in the Charlotte market. Over the years, she has established quality relationships and connections with community leaders, respected educators, and local business owners. These key relationships enable Ashley to provide her clients with invaluable connections and resources for their families when buying or selling a home in the Charlotte area.
Ashley and Scott have four amazing children in school ranging from the 4th grade to the 12th grade. Scott enjoys spending time with his family, coaching youth sports, traveling to the mountains and beach, playing tennis, and attending Charlotte Hornets and Carolina Panthers games. Outside of work, Ashley enjoys playing tennis, is a total foodie with plenty of local recommendations, and loves to travel the world.
